Lana Watier

Lana was born and raised in Sudbury. Her family has been in the region for 13 generations, originally settling in the Espanola and Massey area.
The city has been the ideal place to call home and raise a family. It’s provided her with all the amenities of a metropolitan area, all while allowing her to enjoy a vibrant natural landscape. On her time off, Lana and her family like keep active with outdoor adventures, such as skiing, snowmobiling, hiking and fishing.
Lana is a proud supporter of the Sudbury Women’s Centre and other local charities. She is member in good standing of the Sudbury Real Estate Board since 2002, and of the Sudbury Chamber of Commerce since 2013. She is presently sitting on various committees looking at issues at the municipal and federal levels.

Ashley Sauve

I am a successful, passionate & full time Broker & REALTOR® with Keystone Real Estate Inc, Brokerage in Sudbury, Ontario. My passion is homes and helping people.   I am a hands on Realtor, I will crawl around under decks and in attics to see the bones of a property!

I have been a proud member of the Sudbury Real Estate Board, Ontario Real Estate Association & the Canadian Real Estate Association since 2013. I believe in giving back!  I am a long standing volunteer member of the Government Relations committee where my duties include meeting with Federal, Provincial & Municipal Candidates and Members of Parliament to lobby specific Real Estate and Housing related issues that benefit homeowners.

Having purchased my first home at the age of nineteen, I know what it means to be a homeowner and the sense of pride and accomplishment that home ownership brings.  I want to help you in your quest for home ownership! 
I am honoured and proud to be the President of the Sudbury Real Estate Board for the 2018 year! I love staying up to date on current issues that effect our Realtor members and the consumer.  Keeping my finger on the pulse of the industry makes me Realtor and provides my clients with the most up to date information.


Rob comes from a long career in banking and financial services with the Royal Bank and then 25 years with the Espanola and District Credit Union, all the while
maintaining his real estate licence. While with the C.U. he served a 5 year term with the Ontario CreditUnion Professionals’ Association (CUPA) and was awarded the Credit Union Professional of the Year award during his tenure. He was also given an award for Volunteer Achievements from the Sudbury Real Estate Board for his work with the Pewter
Ribbon, a fundraising initiative he created in memory of his sister Janet, which donated funds from each sale of the Pewter Ribbon to the Canadian Cancer Society for research.
He also served as President of the Espanola Branch of the Canadian Cancer Society and served a one year term as President of the Sudbury Unit. He has been selling real estate
in the Espanola area full time for the last 10 years and is in a unique position when helping clients with home purchases because of his extensive knowledge of mortgages and home finance. Family is most important to Rob and time spent with them is treasured.


Gwen Price has been a well-recognized Realtor in Sudbury since 1988. With a wealth of knowledge and experience behind her, she focuses on providing excellent service and knowledge to her clients with each real estate transaction. She is designated as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and is a member of the Preferred Realtor Team for Health Science North Foundation. She’s served on the Boards of the Canadian Red Cross and Learning Disabilities of Sudbury as well as numerous committees at the Sudbury Real Estate board over her tenure as a Professional Realtor. 


Bonnie has been serving Espanola and surround areas for the past 6 years. With a solid background in residential construction and finance, she has a well rounded knowledge of the industry. Born and raised in Northern Ontario, she understands the unique needs of local buyers and sellers. Committed to customer satisfaction and quality service, because she knows that’s the way it should be.
